Primary Function:
This role is part of a team that is responsible for managing rejected orders and open orders. The team lead is responsible to manage day to day escalations, be an informal leader, provide the tools, data and analytics, take initiative and lead process improvement projects with CI mindset to reduce rejection and fulfill/close open customer sales orders/back orders.
